Concept

Thanks to HiNDU NiGHTS, rock ’n roll has become fashionable again within the Belgian nightlife scene. Rock 'n roll has regained the status it lost somewhere in the eighties when ‘beats’ became the central element of a night out. HiNDU NiGHTS shows that there’s nothing more sexy than girls dancing to The Beatles, Aretha Franklin and Arctic Monkeys.

What started in the infamous Make Up Club 7 years ago, now takes place in the best venue around (Vooruit Ghent) and not one single night has not sold out, which is an impressive record.

Since 3 years, HiNDU NiGHTS closes the year in rock ’n roll style and this year will be no exception. With four rooms, dedicated to indie (think Arctic Monkeys/Oasis), rock ‘n roll (think Elvis/The Beatles), Motown&Northern Soul (think The Ronettes/The Elgins) and an acoustic winter terrace with hot fires and an outdoor bar and snacks, everyone in love with the atmosphere of the Sixties will adore this night.

We present you exactly the right mix of London and local experts in the field and we are looking for young singer / songwriters and bands to perform a 15minute set on our Acoustic winter terrace. Send us a Youtube link to your music to get invited and spread the word!
